We are extremely pleased with the beautiful design and renovation of our condo unit. Patricia and Sean are truly professionals in their initial proposals and subsequent implementation of the project, which was completed on time as scheduled. The unit was totally torn down and rebuilt with a much larger living room area. Patricia and her team made the rebuilding process looked so easy, from the design details of the cabinets, custom built sofa and chairs, choosing hardware, matching color schemes to getting approvals from City Hall and the Strata Management. The workmanship was impeccable. They managed the whole process efficiently and effectively.
The Concierge and neighbors were very pleased with the attention to cleanliness and noise level controls during the demolition, debris disposal and construction processes
